MICE News: IETF Held in Bangkok Thailand in 2022
Bangkok, June 2021: Bangkok-based award-winning Events, Media & Ticket Company, B-Concept Media Entertainment Group’s division B-Concept MPA have been appointed to manage the upcoming International Engineering Task Force Conference in Bangkok – IETF – that will take place at Marriott Marquis Queens Park Hotel in Bangkok from 14 – 27 March 2022.
The Internet Engineering Task Force is a global-driven open community for internet engineering. The members include network designers, operators, vendors, and researchers. They share their concerns with the evolution of the internet architecture and the smooth operations of the Internet.
The IETF publishes RFCs authored by network operators, engineers, and computer scientists to document methods, behaviours, research, or innovations applicable to the Internet. Most technical works take place in workgroups. These groups are classified into topics and interests.
The internet society provides a corporate residence for the IETF Administration, the Internet Architecture Board and the Internet Research Task Force.
The IETF follows an open process where any person in the work and what will be decided. Documents created will become publicly available on the internet. The IETF output of these documents will follow technological competence standards and designed to sound engineering network principles leading to engineering quality.
One Thousand Internet Profs in Bangkok
Approximately 1,000 internet professionals from around the world are expected to fly in for the annual conference in Bangkok, Thailand in 2022.
