Your key responsibility is to provide all the planning, the technology setup, customer and team communications throughout the process, registrations and administration, logistics and quality execution on the day itself of the different technologies during the project as well as customer evaluation. You are a multi-tasker, problem solver, work within deadlines and can work under high pressure. You monitor challenges before they occur and solve it before others know about it. Are you the licensing manager with proven sales experience in the sponsorship negotiation and licensing creation with manufacturers and other businesses. Enthusiastic and dynamic candidates who can tap into their existing network of toys, apparel, decoration, food, or beverage manufacturers. Your responsibilities include lead sourcing & contracting, deal term negotiations, contracting, project management and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders on a brand and agency level.

Work closely with the sponsors and licensees, forecast potential ROI and sales income and retain full awareness of sponsors’ and licensee’s media, sales and retail listings to maximize footprint.
Negotiate and contract sponsorship deals and license terms and process agreement drafting with legal to grow the licensed categories.
Develop or expand into long-term opportunities by managing the sponsorship, marketing activation and licensing activities.
Work within an overall framework of the brand and categorized plans and view all activities within the context of a wider long-term opportunity to maximize the company’s revenue and attaining goals.
Cross research and up-sell other products and services.

Qualifications:

We look for a Senior and Project Accountant responsible for the tasks below including monthly bookkeeping, updating systems, monthly closing, profit and loss, (project) budgeting and forecasting VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax. The position includes training the support staff, increasing systems, compliance, filing and documenting. Regular reporting to the CEO and Management.
